A first for NB Earnest, as we have never before managed to get past the final shoal, and up to Kempston Footbridge
The low rail bridges in Bedford.
The final island, often the end of navigation, for narrowboats.
Kempston Footbridge. Enough water to just get over shoal below, but not enough
headroom!
