Upper Parting. The main West Channel of the River Severn goes of to the Right. Maisemore Weir and the disused Maisemore Lock is just beyond here. This lock will have to be restored for all state of the tides access to the Hereford and Gloucester Canal, which is just starting to be restored. River Severn. (Semi-tidal)

We liked Gloucester Docks, because it still has a few rough edges and has not been totally stuffed and mounted ...YET!
