Anchor fitted. The grey bits will eventually be maroon.

MA sees the light of day for the first time in 18 months. OK so not maroon, but the colour scheme is different! :-)

The S and  N on the anchor flukes was added by Steve Nott, the fabricator.

Lifting off the dolly trailer onto the big trailer for the ride down to the marina / slipway.

The chock marks were not covered by the big trailer chocks, so the final missing two coats of Hempel could be applied.

The first sea trials, coming back from Garadice lake.

The first sea trials, coming back from Garadice lake.

MA on it's mooring. Sat dish installed on pontoon pole extension, Equipment hoop and mast finished.

Nice view of Riversdale Marina, from the bank beside the slipway.

Water level shot of MA from beside slipway. With all tanks full, this is the fully ballasted state. 1.15m at the skeg and 22.75tons measured on the crane gauge.

Trim about level.

Mast and Zig-Zag fenders added.

"Economy" mild steel equipment hoop. All the flanges are stainless steel. More natural coloured tie-wraps needed!
The multi core wire goes into the lamp case, which acts as a waterproof junction box, for wires going out to horns and navigation lamps. Navigation lamps converted to LED.

The explodo hydraulic oil cooler. The replacement, with bigger oil ports will be fitted to the draw pipe, NOT the pressure side. :-)

Every barge need a bench, with vice, in the engine room!

Sapele capping finally added to top of the wheel house bottom.

Grey plastic cover for wiper motor fabricated. Searching for brown trucking for cable.

The upstand capping nicely matches the wheelhouse.

Capping split round dash top boards, so these can easily be removed.
